BatchPay is our web-based batch payment processing tool that enables merchants to securely upload a single file containing thousands of individual credit card transactions for processing at one time. BatchPay significantly reduces the time and resources required to process individual transactions, resulting in increased profitability for businesses that use it.

With one click of a button, our automated payment system quickly processes thousands of credit card transactions through a secure web page. Our robust reporting tools provide the information merchants require to reconcile accounts and export data for analysis. BatchPay can be accessed through any computer with an Internet connection, worldwide

BatchPay includes access to our online Merchant Support Tools that provide robust payment management and reporting tools, allowing merchants to view sales activity reports, order and settlement history, settle selected transactions, retrieve, review and settle batches and export data to accounting software.

Optional Features

BatchPay will also process ACH payments with the addition of our CheckPay payment feature. Additional monthly and transaction fees apply.
